DIET WEEK #7

After travelling for 2 weeks it was about time to meet with my nutrionist Despoina..

Ok, can somebody tell me why time flies so fast?

I can still feel the agony I had to be ready and have everything prepared before my travels, then the anxiety and our laughs and the so beautiful stylish things we saw in Milan and Paris and now I remember these amazing moments having a huge smile on my face!!

Concering my diet abroad, although I had good instructions from Despoina, I wasn't caring about my food much. I was just sitting in the table of the restaurant and I was waiting to eat because of my huge hunger! I didn't over do it though, I was quite careful if you measure how much I was hungry -xoxo- I was ordering grilled meat with salad all the time and yes I din't say no to a glass of white wine!

To be honest the thing that saved me was that I was walking all day long because I din't gain or loose any weight as far as Despoina told me and what a huge relief that is. 

So, I asked her to maintain a diet with grilled meat and green without adding any pasta to the menu and for next Monday which is a national day to us greeks she told me to eat anything I want! Wow..

BREAKFAST

v  1 whole weat toast with honey and an orange juice or

v  1 cup of almond milk with quaker and cranberry

BETWEEN MEALS

v 1 apple or an apricot or a half banana or 

v 10 almonds or 

v  Yogurt 2% with fruits  

MAIN MEAL

1η day: 1 chicken breast with grilled mushrooms and 1 tablespoon of oil. 

2η day: Green salad with an egg, 1 whole weat toast, 4 tomatoe cherries and 1 tablespoon of oil. 

3η day: 1 fillet with brocolli and 1 tablespoon of oil. 

4η day: Fish with boiled vegetables, lemon and 1 tablespoon of oil. 

5η day: Grilled turkey with green salad. Φιλέτο γαλοπούλας ψητό (1μέτριο φιλέτο) μαριναρισμένο με μουστάρδα (1κ.σούπας) και πορτοκάλι (1/2) και σαλάτα εποχής (όση θες)

6η day: Green beans with cheese. 

7η day: Free menu

BETWEEN MEALS

v  1 fruit of my choice

DINNER

v Green salad with 1 chicken barbeque 

v  Green salad with 1 piece of cheece, 2 slices of turkey, 1 tablespoon of oil and 1 whole weat toast. 

v  2 slices of salmon and green salad. 

v  Yogurt 2% with honey and cinammon.
