DIET WEEK #9

Goodmorning my girls, as I told you on the previous diet post, I would give my best this week to stay as more consistent I can to the diet program my nutrionist, Despoina Papadopoulou, prepares each time for me! I wanted to have better results and I think I made it..

I tried not to drink wine at all, and the only thing I ate beyond my diet program was two bites from the cheese pie Thodoris brought at home for breakfast (although he helps me a lot with my meals, I swear I will kill him next time he leads me into temptation, haha) and two maki rolls that I ate with my best friend on a sushi bar we went at, on Sunday night!

Also, although my schedule was terribly buzy, I managed to workout 4 times which helped me even more to have -concerning my measurements- the BEST WEEK EVER since I started my diet!!!!  

Yeaaaaaaaaaaah....

Well, despite the fact that I weight 67kg, actually it's like I am 66kg because Despoina explained to me that I gained 1 kg of muscels and muscels weight more than fat. 

For example, you might see two women, one with extra kilos and the other more fit with the same exact weight! So, you realize the importance of the distribution of your kilos in your body right?

That's one of the major reasons you need to workout and it's the key for your body shape!!!

The thing is that as long as I loose kilos and I reach my goal (3 kilos more to go), my diet program will be more strict than before, because my body gets use to it plus the last kilos are always the harder ones. So, get ready girls..

I will try though to maintain my-this-week-good results, because tomorrow I am living for a roadtrip with my husband and friends and the food temptations are getting bigger and I am kinda anxious about it but I will try not to eat anything else than grilled meat and salad.

Will I make it? Well, just wait and see.

So, my diet program for this week is the following:

BREAKFAST 

  • Whole weat toast (2) with honey and 1 apple.
  • 1 cup of almont milk 1.5% with with 2 tablespoon of cereal and 10 nuts. 
  • Whole weat toast (2) with 1 slice of tirkey, 1 slice of non fat cheese and 1 cup of milk. 

BETWEEN THE MEALS

  • 1 fruit of my choice. 
  • Cranberry and 6 almonds. 
  • 3 whole weat toast.
  • One bar until 80 calories. 

LUNCH 

1η day:  Peas with 1 slice of non-fat cheese and 1 slice of whole weat bread. 

2η day: Chef salad with tomatoe, cucumber, peper, 1 egg, 3 slices of turkey, 1 tablespoon of light mayioneze sauce, 1 tablespoon of musturd and 2 crackers.

3η day:  4 chicken nuggets with musturd and grilled mushrooms.

4η day: Turkey burger with brocolli. 

5η day: 1 medium salmon fillet with boiled vegetables but without oil.

6η day:  Chicken breast with grilled pepers. 

7η day: Steak with green salad. 

* The oil on your salads is 1 tablespoon.

BETWEEN THE MEALS

  • 1 fruit of your choice. 
  • 1 cup of orange juice.

DINNER

  • Green salad with 2 slices of fresh salmon and 2 whole weat toast. 
  • 1 egg with green salad and 2 crackers. 
  • Yogurt 2% with honey and cinammon. 
  • Grilled or boiled vegetables with cottage cheese and 1 whole weat toast. 

As you will see from my measurements below and the result that thrills me the most is than I am 5cm thiner on my weist and hips and I reduced my fat from 31.5% to 27%!!!!

As you understand I am happier than ever as I enjoy wearing my clothes even more and I wore a smaller size as well! (I you can imagine my smile right now, if only you could see me, xoxo!!!!!)

Girls, I love when you send me all these messages that you are following my advice and we are doing this together, plus Despoina is telling me that are many of you that went directly to her following your own program by your needs.. Are we gonna be a bunch of super hot girls until summer or what? 

Oooooh, I almost forgot to tell you. This week I started on Art Surgery, a new awesome medical care on Glyfada, sessions against our terrible enemy: Cellulite. The doctor said that after 3 visits I will clearly see positive results, sooooo I am so looking forward about it and for sure I will let you know!

I have made a promise to myself this year, to change dramatically my body and when I see this happening day by day, it gives me strength to try more for it and what I realized is that you need a combination of all!

You can't just workout and eat whatever you want afterwards or be on a diet without exercise or try cosmetic sessions without having a diet or a fitness program!

Each goal needs sacrifices to be made to accomplish them at least we can't give up without trying.

Good luck my pretty girls, I love you so much and remember as good as we look outside it doesn't matter at all if we aren't beautifull in our inside world...
