DIET WEEK #20

My beloved girls I know how much you are looking forward for my diet posts and I am so happy that you love this column as much as I do, as following a more healthier lifestyle that I used to before has changed totally my life, my confidence and my body -of course!
I keep trying though to say to myself that I will follow a more to the point diet oriented and a consistent workout program as I want to become more fit and I need to be more careful with my nutrition; my travels kept me away from that goal but when I return from London, I keep this promise to myself to focus on my fit program!!
The good thing is that Despoina told me that I have known to be careful and keep the balances and when I have a weird schedule I try to keep up by eating healthy when I can! For example, I might have eaten everything they served me on the plane on my trip to USA, but when I was at a restaurant and I had to choose, I always ordered grilled meat with boiled vegetables and no alcohol.
So, as we saw from my measurents I am totally the same as the previoud week.. Thank God!
My diet for this week is the following:
- Whole weat toast with turkey and light cheese
- Yogurt 2% with honey and seeds
- Orange juice with 1 piece of carrot cake
- Cereal bar (90calories) *twice per week
- Nuts salt free
- 3 crackers
- 1 fruit
1η day: Grilled fish or shrimps with salad
2η day: Chicken breast with boiled potatoes and green salad
3η day: Fillet or beef burger with 1 cup of rice and salad
4η day: Beans with cheece and whole wheat bread
5η day: Pork fillet with grilled vegetables
6η day: Beans with light cheese
7η day: Free meal
- 1 medium fruit
- 1/2 portion of your main meal
- Feta cheese with 2 crackers and 1 tomatoe
- 1 toast with turkey and cheese
- 2 barbeque chicken stiks and green salad
- Omelete with turkey and vegetables
* To all green salads 1 tablespoon of oil
