DIET WEEK #2

It's been 7 whole days since I started on my diet and I still can't realize it! You know why? Because I never felt hungry that's why! The secret on a diet is to eat every 3 hours, yes you heard me right. If that's the case you will never be really really hungry ever and you will keep your system energized during the day. The scenario that you sit on a table and you eat like there is no tomorrow, -something that happens really often if you haven't eaten for many hours-, is out of discussion!
The think is that 90% I made it and I reduced everything, although the first week is always the most easiest one and I have to make more effort in the future. To tell you the truth if I hadn't had 5 glasses of wine, I would have lost more but I don't get anxious about it!
So, girls I lost 1 kg, I reduced the fat of my body and I shrinked a little bit as well and all these in 7 days. Despoina though told me that week no2 is more difficult than the fisrt one because at the beginning you always loose and temptations are everywhere so you have to be careful!
She also told me a few secrets like when you have a special occasion, let's say the following dinner I have on Thursday night what should we do? Well, she said you can enjoy your dinner being carefull though but during the day we have to reduce the amount of carbs. For example, remove one slice of bread from your toast.
In combination with the fitness program I am doing, my diet program for the second week is the following :
BREAKFAST
- Toast with turkey and light cheese or
- Almond Milk (1cup/200ml) with 3 tablespoon of cereal.
BETWEEN MEALS
- Fruit of your choice with 2 nuts or
- Bar up to 90 calories Μπάρα δημητριακών (μέχρι 90θερμίδες)
LUNCH
1η day: Grilled fish with brocolli and 1 tablespoon of oil.
2η day: Beef burger or beef steak with mashed potatoes or green salad with 1 tablespoon of oil.
3η day: Grilled vegetables with 1 slice of cheese
4η day: Omelete with pepers and green salad and one slice of a whole weat bread.
5η day: Grilled chicken with salad.
6η day: Peas with 1 egg, 1 tomatoe, 1 onion and 1 tablespoon of oil.
7η day: Green salad with tuna.
BETWEEN MEALS
- Fruit of our choice.
DINNER
- Salmon with 4 tomatoe cherries and one whole weat bread and 1 tablespoon of oil or
- Cottage with turkey and salad or
- Yogurt 2% with pineapple.
- 2 chicken souvlaki with green salad.
Σημείωση: If I know that I am going to drink wine at night at a special occasion, I will have to reduce my carbs during the day and exercice the next.

Our next date with Despoina is next Monday and let's hope will be as happy as we are today!
I am so happy that I am not alone and you are so many that you are following on a diet and I hope will be more in the future because there is nothing better to do that taking care of our body, don't you think?
