2 days detox! with spaghetti though? Oh yes!
I know how much you care about losing weight, especially when that is done in an easy and smart way!
I am personally, very happy that I have met Euaggelia because she learns me many secrets about my nutrition and how my body responds to it.
It's not everything just meat and vegetables, there is also spaghetti!!!

Well, that was my first reaction when she told me that I have to detox with spaghetti!
Yesterday it was our appointment to see my progress but the news wasn't so good because I wasn't such a good girl in Milan.
I gained 300gr but the good news that this situation is reversible because the fat is very fresh and is not already absorbed by my organism.
So, detox with spaghetti!!! Oh my god... Give some detox, please!
Spaghetti satisfies your appetite very quickly and they are low in calories but you have to cook it at home. No oils or butter that they put in restaurants.
The next day though you have to eat white fish with boiled vegetables to help our body "release" all the fat put in the last 48 hours!
In this case, I won't travel to Paris, eating like crazy. I would be in a way satisfied!
So my detox for two days is:
DAY 1
BREAKFAST
1 slice of whole wheat bread with 2 tablespoons of cottage και 1 slice turkey.
SNACK
1 banana and 1 yogurt 2% and honey
MAIN MEAL
Spaghetti with parmesan only.
LIGHT MEAL
Same as the other meal but in a smaller portion.
Attention: DRINK WATER.
DAY 2
BREAKFAST
1 slice of whole wheat bread with 2 tablespoons of cottage και 1 slice turkey.
SNACK
1 banana and 1 yogurt 2% and honey
MAIN MEAL
White fish and boiled vegetables
LIGHT MEAL
Same as before in smaller portions.
and don't forget to WORKOUT!
